  1. It’s 1 of Any amount you want of celeriac peeled & roast potato size.
  2. It’s 5 of sprays of 1 cal of your choice I used 10 for all potatoes, celeriac & parsnips.

Low Calorie & Quick Roast Celeriac, parsnips & potatoes instructions

  1. Peel & cut celeriac.
  2. Rub 1 cal over & pop into air fryer on 180° for 15 minutes.
  3. Turn over & turn fryer down to 140° & put on for another 10+ minutes depending on size…
  4. Serve & enjoy…for roasties & parsnips do the same & cook together see pic.
