Quick and easy peri peri grilled chicken skewers that are simply irresistible!
- 1 cup peri peri sauce
- 1 pound chicken (boneless and skinless thighs or breasts), cut into bite sized pieces
- Marinate the chicken in 1/2 cup of the peri peri sauce for 20 minutes to overnight.
- Skewer the chicken and grillit over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 2-4 minutes per side.
- Baste with the reserved peri peri sauce and serve with the remaining sauce for dipping!
